Yuliya Chernykh is professor of law at the Inland Norway University. She has extensive experience as international arbitrator and is Chartered Arbitrator, member of the ICC Court of Arbitration (2024-2027) and CEDR Accreditated Mediator. Yuliya is an author of the monograph ‘Contract Interpretation in Investment Treaty Arbitration’.
