Natalia Mikołajczyk is a managing associate at Linklaters’ Warsaw office. She is an internationally trained and New York qualified lawyer (registered as a foreign lawyer with the OIRP in Warsaw) with extensive experience in the Polish market. She advises lenders and investors on the large-scale and complex energy & infrastructure projects, including those related to RES, conventional power plants (e.g., nuclear, EfW), road, port and mining sectors. As a lead associate, Natalia has a proven track record of successful projects in the PPP formula (including public procurement), as well as project financings on non-recourse terms. She also handles domestic and international commercial arbitration, and has experience in investor-State disputes related to large-scale construction projects, oil and gas exploration, and long-term gas supply.
