Karolina is an advocate and senior associate in the Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration practice of White & Case and has extensive experience in representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings. Karolina mainly deals with infrastructure and construction matters, disputes from the energy sector (including, climate change and environmental matters) and post-M&A cases. Her expertise encompasses pre-litigation and arbitration phases, including negotiations and mediations. In 2018 and 2019, as a member of White & Case’s International Arbitration Team, Karolina also worked in White & Case’s Dubai and Sydney offices, where she was seconded for several months and worked on some of the largest and most complex cases involving infrastructure projects in Australia, Central America and the Arabian Peninsula.
Karolina has just finished her postgraduate degree in energy law at the Gdańsk University of Technology, which is focused on the offshore wind sector. She is also a lecturer at the Academy of Climate – the postgraduate, interdisciplinary studies on the social, legal and economic impact of the global climate changes co -organized by, among others, Warsaw School of Economics.
Karolina also acts as an arbitrator and has been enlisted as a recommended arbitrator by the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw.
