Julia Dyras is an advocate and counsel in the Dispute Resolution practice at CMS. Her particular area of interest is international and domestic arbitration. She provides comprehensive legal assistance and representation both in ad hoc arbitration proceedings conducted under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and in arbitration proceedings before arbitral institutions (e.g. ICC, SCC, DIS, Lewiatan Arbitration Court, Arbitration Court at the National Chamber of Commerce). She specialises in advising entities in the energy and infrastructure, technology, transport and construction sectors. Her practice also includes representation in disputes following M&A transactions and in shareholder disputes. She also receives appointments as an arbitrator in proceedings conducted under the Lewiatan Arbitration Rules. Julia is also a member of the organising committee of the Lewiatan Arbitration Moot, the largest moot court competition for legal trainees in Poland. She is recommended in Legal 500 ranking in the area of dispute resolution.
