His team’s joint effort were acclaimed by Rzeczpospolita legal ranking in 2023 for Squire Patton Boggs’ involvement in helping and supporting fighting Ukraine.

As a longstanding experienced arbitrator, Professor Krześniak has resolved numerous arbitration cases as an arbitrator in proceedings under the CAS, KIG, Lewiatan Rules, as well as in ad hoc arbitration. He also advised clients in arbitration proceedings under the SCC, ICC, LCIA, CAS, KIG, Lewiatan Rules and in ad hoc arbitration.
