Anna Tujakowska, Senior Counsel at Sk&S,  attorney-at-law. Anna advises and represents clients in commercial arbitration in post-M&A disputes under SA KIG, ICC, VIAC and UNCITRAL arbitration rules, with arbitration seats in Warsaw, Vienna and Paris. She has experience in representing clients in construction disputes, both in court and in arbitration. Anna also has extensive experience in international arbitration, representing both public and private investors in BIT investment arbitrations in the EU.

Anna has gained her arbitration experience as secretary of arbitral tribunals and sole arbitrator in arbitrations conducted under the ICC and UNCITRAL arbitration rules, based in Paris, Geneva and Warsaw. She currently receives appointments as presiding arbitrator, party-appointed arbitrator and sole arbitrator in proceedings conducted under the SA KIG and SA Lewiatan arbitration rules, with the seat of arbitration in Warsaw. In 2024, Anna was once again nominated by the Polish National Committee as a Delegate to the ICC Arbitration and ADR Committee for the term 2024-2027.

She is a graduate of MIDS Geneva LL.M. (2019) and regularly publishes on arbitration related topics. Anna is the initiator of the ‘Women in arbitration – SpeedNet’ meetings, an initiative to integrate female arbitration lawyers.
