Sergiy Gryshko is the Head of the Queritius Kyiv office. With over 21 years of experience in litigation and international arbitration, Sergiy has acted in arbitrations under various international rules, including ICACU, LCIA, SCC, ICC, and ICSID, and has sat in over 40 cases as an arbitrator under various arbitration rules. He is a listed arbitrator with the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Vilnius Court of International Arbitration. Sergiy is nominated by Ukraine to the roster of arbitrators formed to resolve trade disputes between the EU and Ukraine constituted pursuant to Chapter 14(1) Title IV of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. He is included by the European Commission in the List of Candidates Suitable for Appointment as Chairpersons for Arbitrations.
Sergiy chairs the Ukrainian Bar Association Committee on Procedural Law and participates in the Arbitration Committee for Financial Restructuring, supported by the EBRD and World Bank. He is recognized as a Leading Individual in Dispute Resolution by Legal 500 and is recommended by Chambers Global and Chambers Europe, as well as in the Arbitration category in Who’s Who Legal.
