He is currently Specialist Counsel at the SCC Arbitration Institute (“SCC”) in Stockholm. Prior to joining the SCC, Jake was an Associate in the M&A and dispute resolution teams at Nordic-Baltic law firm Magnusson.

With over 21 years of experience in litigation and international arbitration, Sergiy has acted in arbitrations under various international rules, including ICACU, LCIA, SCC, ICC, and ICSID, and has sat in over 40 cases as an arbitrator under various arbitration rules.
Dr. Adam Eberhardt is the Deputy Director of the Centre for East European Studies at the University of Warsaw (SEW UW). He is also an expert for the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) on the Human Dimension Mechanism for the period 2023-2029.
